If we determine your project is a good fit, we’ll schedule a paid in-person consultation to explore the scope in more detail. During that meeting, we’ll take time to understand both your practical needs and your vision for the space. We’ll discuss aesthetics, functionality, and priorities unique to your home, your family, and the way you live. After the consultation, you’ll receive a project proposal outlining the scope, an estimated budget based on the work involved, and our projected hours to complete the project. If you choose to move forward, we’ll send a client agreement for review. Once signed and the deposit is received, your project will be added to our design calendar, and the work will begin.

This is where the vision begins to take shape. We gather inspiration, explore material and furnishing directions, and begin narrowing selections for each space. Floor plans and room layouts are developed in this phase, laying the groundwork for what follows. This is a highly collaborative process, where your needs, priorities, and the way you live guide every decision.

This is where initial concepts evolve into detailed design plans. We focus on the selection and specification of all materials and finishes relevant to your project. For construction projects, this may include flooring, wall treatments, countertops, hardware, plumbing, lighting, and other architectural elements. For furnishing, it includes upholstery, rugs, casegoods, window treatments, wallpaper, lighting, accessories, and art.

This phase concludes with a comprehensive design presentation, including CAD drawings, material samples, and a clear visual direction for each space.

We coordinate the delivery and installation of all furnishings with our trusted movers and vendors, overseeing every detail on site. Furniture is placed, rugs are laid, lighting is installed, and each space is styled—art hung, shelving arranged, and finishing touches added to bring the design to life.
